At DAYTODAY, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing a seamless and stress-free returns process. Simply visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return and we’ll take care of the rest.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 3 days of receipt of your order (not the purchase date). Unfortunately, we cannot process returns if more than 3 days have passed since the item was delivered. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with the hang tag attached.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for your purchase.
- If you paid a shipping fee, we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and not the shipping fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that the exact time frame may vary depending on your bank.
- If rejected, we’ll provide a clear explanation for the decision.
