Orders placed are processed within 1-2 business days at our distribution center. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

BEFORE PAYMENT

You can modify your order in the MY CART section of our website (found on the top right of your desktop or mobile) before proceeding with payment.

AFTER PAYMENT

Amendments to your order can only be made within 2 hours of your purchase. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be processed for shipment. Within this 2-hour window, we can assist with:

• Updating the shipping address
• Changing contact details
• Removing items from your order

Unfortunately, changes to product sizes after payment cannot be accommodated, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

To request changes, please email hello@daytodayathleisure.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window may not be processed in time before the order is prepared for shipment.

Our distribution center is now centrally located, allowing for faster shipping times. Please expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on courier schedules and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping times may take longer during Black Friday Sale, 11.11 Sale, 12.12 Sale, Holidays, etc.

We provide free shipping on all orders over PHP 4,000. For orders below PHP 4,000, a flat rate of PHP 200 applies for nationwide delivery.

How Do I Get My Tracking Information?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email with tracking details sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Can't Find the Email?

1. Log into Your Account
   Sign in to your DAYTODAY account to view your recent orders and access your tracking information directly from your order history.
2. Check Your Junk/Spam Folder
   Sometimes, our emails can end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check there and mark the email as 'Not Junk' to ensure future communications reach your inbox.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.

EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 DAYS

At DAYTODAY ATHLEISURE, we want you to love every purchase. We offer exchanges for full-priced items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be settled prior to shipment.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you returned
• Any available tracking information

Our team will do our best to reach out to you within 24 hours to provide you with the necessary return instructions. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Please note that replacement items will only be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected by our team.

Exchange requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Once the returned item has been received and approved, your replacement item will be prepared for shipment.
