ORDERING
Orders placed are processed within 1-2 business days at our distribution center. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
BEFORE PAYMENT
You can modify your order in the MY CART section of our website (found on the top right of your desktop or mobile) before proceeding with payment.
AFTER PAYMENT
Amendments to your order can only be made within 2 hours of your purchase. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be processed for shipment. Within this 2-hour window, we can assist with:
- Updating the shipping address
- Changing contact details
- Removing items from your order
Unfortunately, changes to product sizes after payment cannot be accommodated, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
To request changes, please email hello@daytodayathleisure.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window may not be processed in time before the order is prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our distribution center is now centrally located, allowing for faster shipping times. Please expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on courier schedules and any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping times may take longer during Black Friday Sale, 11.11 Sale, 12.12 Sale, Holidays, etc.
We provide free shipping on all orders over PHP 3,500. For orders below PHP 3,500, a flat rate of PHP 150 applies for nationwide delivery.
How Do I Get My Tracking Information?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email with tracking details sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Sometimes, our emails can end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check there and mark the email as 'Not Junk' to ensure future communications reach your inbox.

RETURNS
Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.
FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 DAYS
At DAYTODAY ATHLEISURE, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer FREE returns for full priced items within 3 days of your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) as long as they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form on our website. Our team will do our best to contact you within 24 hours to provide you with the necessary return instructions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that your return will be processed once the items are received and inspected. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
All eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method, based on how the purchase was made.
RETURN REQUEST PROCESSING
All return requests are processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned parcel.
If it has been more than 1 week since you returned your item(s) and you haven’t received confirmation from us, please check your junk or spam email folder. If you still cannot find confirmation, contact us at hello@daytodayathleisure.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you returned
- Any available tracking information
